Conveniently located to London airport and our final destination
The cleanliness of the rooms and the parking just at the door of the rooms
The decor was a little outdated but the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.
Smell of tobacco and cleaning fluids kept me up all night. Bathroom floor tiles were cracked and broken. Rates were jacked up for World Figure Skating competitions. I paid less at the Marriott a week prior!
good location; easy to find coming from out of town; close drive to Labatt Centre for concert; price; large room; comfortable beds
We liked that breakfast was included. The jacuzzi room was amazing! Condoms were included...haha It was very quiet.
could have been more of a selection at breakfast i.e muffins The window with the airconditioner needed a blind at the bottom of the window.
location and price only beds were clean and comfortable we slept well
bunch of drunk kids came in on our second of three nights and were really roudy celebrating a birthday. they were sick beside our car which was not nice to wake up to the painting of murels on two walls is very old and outdated, plain and clean would be better
I was able to check in quickly with minimal fuss late at night. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet and comforable room at a great price.
Their WIFI was really slow.
The carpets hadn't been vacuumed, the table pedestal was broken and the table had to be leaned against the window ledge to keep it upright. The water pipes in the walls made extremely loud banging noises constantly. Each time someone in any room diown the west side of the building turned on a tap, showered or flushed, the water pipes made a dreadful sound. This noise was continual every few minutes throughout the late afternoon when I arrived, and evening until around 1 am when many had gone to bed, and started again around 6:30 am when people began to get up. I used earplugs to help me sleep, which did make a difference. Had I not unpacked everything after arriving at the room at 5 pm, I'd have asked for another room after a couple of hours of this annoyance. Everyone else also had to put up with this loud, unessessary nuisance.
Just needed a plug for the tub so I could have a bath.
I liked that it was one story high, hadsmoking rooms available and plenty of parking. It was also close to restaurants
The floors were kinda grungy. carpets needed to be shampooed.
I woke up the next morning with many bed bugs bites all over me. I would not recommend.
It was clean and we liked having breakfast available there and no extra cost.
The bed was too soft and the pillows too high. The carpet was a bit manky, not dirty but maybe old, appearing unclean.
Very comfortable bed, large flat screen tv and mini fridge. Well kept, solid motel.
The only thing we liked about the Knights Inn was that it was on the road to the airport we needed the next morning.
Our room did not appear to have been updated in several decades. There were outdated murals over all the interior walls. The bathroom was small and it was difficult for two people to be in it at once. The room smelled very unpleasant. The neighbourhood appeared unsafe. We would not stay there again as there are other nearby options that appeared to be of better value.
